difference is he is part of the club setup, an employee if you like so think it would be rather harsh
He is at work so that is kinda different. How about people go onto your private property, and you don't press charges ?
it is like going on a tour of buck palace you pay your money to go in certain areas and other areas are restricted
Are people employed at the club allowed on the pitch then during a match ??? Picture this Player fouled in centre circle Rolling about in agony And he hears a womans voice "would you like a cup of tea love, Ive got some choclate biscuits and all if yer want one, I've also got some choclate teacakes, would yer like one" Player turns round to see who said it - and bangs his head ont tea trolly
You can argue sceaniros all day long end of the day rules say you cannot go on the pitch for health and safety reasons, although i understand the passion by law you have broken it. I'll worry about it if the club loses points etc but at the minute we do not know what is happening, the club will be doing all they can in the public like to gain favoritism with the FA but am sure they are not overly worried. You can just imagine GS saying to the FA; "yeah what ever passion were high etc" sure that would do us a huge favor!!
It's nothing to do with the club though is it? It is a CRIMINAL offence to step onto the playing area without permission. It's not a civil matter like trespassing. The fact that Pardew is an employee of the club has nothing to do with the matter. It's no different to any other "crime" in that respect. It would be up to the police - rather than the club to bring about a prosecution. If the police thought any good would be done by bringing such charges, I doubt whether the club could do anything about it.
