any idea when these will be posted, seems to take ages after a meeting to put on website

My guess is that Season Ticket prices were discussed at the February FAB, so we won't see the minutes until the Early Bird ST prices come out. Just my theory

Thought everything that was originally in the schedule had been shelved so they could hammer Madlen over his crap transfer dealings

As far as I can gather. That wasn't the case.
    On the agenda.
    January Transfer Window.
    Community trust.

I'd be shocked or pleasantly surprised if prices stayed the same. For many reasons. And a case of devil you do, devil you don't imho.

We’ll put the minutes out as soon as we’ve got them approved by the club. Hopefully imminently. We need to be better at this though.

You are pointing the wrong finger tbh.
It is a requirement regardless of what you think. It's not a ad hoc Q&A group.

The FAB (FANS ADVISORY BOARD) group was not set up to do what you imagine. But to present issues the fans face, from most walks of life. And improve their lot. Not a free for all.

That imo would be the supporters trust. But organisation. membership and attendances have waned to put it in doubt.
They had some clout at one time.
And were or shoul be a valuable connection to the club. Some members of the board have been inducted into the FAB group. But I see em as 2 different entities.

Then of course their is still the FEG. (FAN ENGAGEMENT GROUP) Who I'm led to believe are still going to be engaging with the club.
I'm not so sure that is necessary tbh. As the other 2 would cover most issues.
The link below gives an insight as to what should be taking place.

I don't see how they can put season ticket prices up, all things considered. If they do, they will regret it massively when fans retaliate by giving them a dip in sales.

Inflation etc means you can't allus stagnate. Else you have to slash your budget.
Take wendy. Still get good attendances regardless of chansiris tactics.

Most fans on either side of the fence imo. after reading what's on here. The price is not the main issue. And sales will dip regardless.
    Dodgy sticks.
KO times and Change in Days.
No matter the price they'll not renew for those reasons in the main.

Exactly. If you put prices up when it's looking like our 4th consecutive season of a lower league position, the squad is poorer, the stadium entertainment is dropping and 3 pm Saturday home kick offs are like gold dust, it's going to see a fair dip in ticket sales.

    Bolton just announced theirs.......

    https://www.bwfc.co.uk/more/tickets/202526-season-tickets

From £11.26 per game for an adult season ticket to watch better players, with decent pre game entertainment, in a smart stadium.

Appreciate your feedback, but I want to clarify that every single issue or question submitted is taken to the club—there’s no filtering at all. The Fan Advisory Board (FAB) exists to ensure fan voices are heard directly by Barnsley FC representatives.

The aim of the FAB is to improve dialogue between the club and supporters, ensuring transparency and accountability on key issues. It’s not about pre-selected questions or avoiding difficult topics—it’s about giving fans a structured way to engage and make an impact.

I’ve not seen any questions from you personally, but if you’ve got concerns you want raised, I’d really encourage you to get involved. You can submit issues via this form

    https://forms.office.com/e/NF4HMiFRJ3?origin=lprLink

    or or reach out directly.

Is there any update on when the club are going to finally approve the minutes from a meeting that was held almost a month ago?

It doesn’t sit right with me, that the Club have to approve the minutes before they can be shared. Taking this long makes it even worse.

Tbf its pretty standard corporate governance. Considering the context I think its pretty fair that they cast their eye over them and say 'yeah that's a fair reflection of the chat'. Cant imagine they're asking for stuff to be omitted/changed.

It's also what was agreed in the terms of reference for forming the board agreed by all those that took part. As already said, I think the process needs to be better (on both sides) and is an item for Thursday's agenda.

You're assuming they got it the day after the meeting. They're pretty time consuming to write up and for a team of volunteers I can't imagine it's their priority in a busy life.
