Whilst this was ideal and everyone's dream, it was not a priority and that any development of Oakwell must be done with full consultation and agreement of the residents of Oakwell and Barnsley Supporters. Other options including a museum and a new supporters club bar are still being discussed. Patrick stated that whatever happens at Oakwell it must be done with the support of the residents and be of benefit to the area and the club.

The Supporters Trust would like to thank both Gordon Shepherd and Patrick Cryne for attending the meeting and answering the questions put to them.
