    I'm trying to upload a 'mpg' file, How have you done it with this 'goat movie' file, When i try the 'attach file after posting' function, an error page is displayed.

    You can't upload an mpeg or avi etc. You need to put the following bit of code

    [ mp3=http://www.yoururl.com/somevide.avi][ /mp3]

    with a URL to it somewhere else on t'internet
    (but remove the spaces after the bracketa.)
