fair play to barnsley world.....

    signed up for trial...... couldn't get commentary option to work, couldn't understand why, nor could they....... I then cancelled subscription.... however, later discovered they charged me £39.99 for full years subs... lets just say I was less that happy about the situation...

    So I wrote to them... and got reply today, with apology and full refund!!! Good on em, I say! well done Barnsley world.....

    Probably would have stuck with it if I'd got the commentary to work, but still would prefer to have the option of BBC commentaries!!!

    Why be happy that they charged you for something you had cancelled?
    Even tho they have refunded you, they should not have taken the money in the first place.
    you should have got a free subscription or something of that ilk.
