    On Friday thereev can be seen live on Channel 4.

    I am at the Knavesmire in York (races) and promised the kids i would do star jumps behind Emma Spencer when she walks back in to the paddock interviewing the winning jockey!!

    just like the mature, well balanced individual i am! :)

    never watched it tbh Mr P Ingiskola....always at work unfortuntaely....and when i am off i watch Homes under the Hammer and Alias Smith and Jones!!
