been getting into this recently with the repeats on BBC and FX. Thinking about getting a DVD, anyone recommend the best series to go for? Stewie and Bryan are just hilarious. "What the deuce?"

Agreed Start at series 1 and work your way through, see the development of Stewie. He doesn't seem as intent on killing Lois in the later series!
RE: Agreed I'd read a few reviews that suggested starting with series 2 or 3. How does series 1 differ from the later stuff?
RE: Agreed Just that you get a better idea of the characters from the start, and Series 1 is worth it for Stewie constantly trying to kill Lois. They are all worth watching anyway so might as well start at the beginning

Just start at begining I'd say. I love it. Its one of those things I can jus keep watching and watching when I need a cheap night in.
