It's embarrassing how bad they are but more to the point where is that evidence that Bradley Wiggins is on drugs.
I see what you mean an association football match being played at a rugby league ground, not that funny but what the hey Come on England!
Keepers are worth watching alone. Mens football to Woman's football as to be the biggest gulf of all sports.
I think it is difficult to judge when you consider the gulf in resources, i.e. the development of the professional game to the amateur and the size of the pool of potential players the mens game gets to choose from as compared to the womens. Look at the state of UK cycling 20 years ago compared to now, a boost in resources and increasing the interest in the support and you get a virtuous circle. Having said that it doesn't explain the lack of skill in the english men's game compared to some other countries
Got to be Beach Volleyball. Cant stand watching the men play whereas the womens game is far superior and more of a spectacle.
Some of these players aren't amateurs. Some of them have tried to go out to america and aren't good enough. Rachel Yankey, Kelly Smith... have tried pro football and they couldn't hack it. The keepers though, O M G
Don't bring cycling into the debate. It's clear that since the involvement of Sky, British riders can now buy the same standard of performance enhancing drugs as the Europeans. There is no evidence for this it's just scientific fact.
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz That's you sitting in your room at home eating pizza or whatever take away it is tonight, having go at women who are obviously more gifted, and more fit than you. Their crime? To not be physically as strong or as fast as men, and to be on Tv. Here's a tip, don't watch it... Because them being on once in a blue moon, isn't hurting anyone, and it might just be inspiring people to get involved in something active that benefits them physically and socially. Then again, maybe all those women should just stay at home and not bother with things like activity, making friends etc. They could take a leaf out of your book, sit at a computer all day and night.
Re: Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz I think i might just have hit a nerve, ouch. I'm giving my opinion on the sport, i think it isn't good. I normally watch a few women's sports. Cricket when its on or golf. And things like Hockey when Olympics are on or commonwealth games.
Re: Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz Perhaps like most twenty year old men instead of sitting at home mocking physically and aesthetically superior women he should be out with his mates having a beer, chatting up some ladies and enjoying life. I find it particularly enthralling that the highlight of his life is a shoddy attempt to get bites from other forum users whilst attempting to discuss topics he has very little understanding of post 2006.
Re: Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz Sit sticking stickers straightly surely. Come on England, got to thank Sky for this coverage.
Re: Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz I'm not mocking anyone, all i was saying was its a bit of a laugh. or and Fired, FYI im very rarely on a computer. When i am, i normally spend time practice Driving theory test thing for when i want to take my Theory Test in a couple of month.
Re: Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz It's not going to be a spectator sport, but there is no harm in showing it once in a while. If women trained five days a week, and had the same level of coaching that men had, they still wouldn't have the speed or strength. That doesn't mean that they shouldn't play, and it doesn't mean the sport isn't any good. Touch a nerve? You've given plenty of evidence in the past that your opinions are flawed at every level. I suspect that the reason you know naff all about womens football, is that it's not been on sky sports/ talk sport enough for you to pinch some snippet of info and hammer an argument to death. Anyway, back to your keyboard crusade, I'm off to play football in the garden with my kids.
Also some quick research suggests that yankey played half a dozen games and came back with a title medal whereas smith has spent the majority of her career in the states and has been an all star pick ona several occassions So I concur. They failed. Obviously.
