FAO anyone who wants a distraction from the Jamie Ward thing (and has nowt better to do), help pls

I need to find some "where were they 5 years ago?" information on the following people:-
Andy Murray
Theo Walcott
Thomas Daley
Rebecca Adlington
Lewis Hamilton

I've got the stuff off Wikipedia, but wanted more specific stuff so I can say things on the lines of
5 years ago Theo Walcott was attending x school in s city, he was playing 7 a side football for x. In his spare time he did ....x,y, &z....

The idea is to show how far these folks have come in a short space of time, so if anyone has any info, or suggestions of emerging talent that would be great.
