    installed end of Feb as replacement for faulty Pace box-sound kept dropping out of recordings-Sky said &quot;It's a known fault with these boxes -we're working on a sftware fix&quot; -so you're installing boxes you know are faulty-yes but they'll be fixed soon !!</p>

    after 2 weeks of the same finally got through to someone at head office-now got a Thompson box-no problems</p>
