    Things are no better off the field than they were under The Don.

    They go hand in hand for me. On the field is the most important of course but that is directly affected by off the field.

    We are poor in both areas.

    The board backed flitcroft in the summer as did 99.9% of the supporters and it hasn't worked.

    Now Danny and the board have got till the end of this month to start repairing that. If we still have the bulk of this squad and the performances don't improve over the next few weeks then were in trouble.
