Actually, we don't expect that standard of performance week in, week out. I've been watching Barnsley over 35 years and we've never had a player in that time who put in a motm performance every time he played. But we've had fair few who gave the same level of commitment and drive on a weekly basis. You set the bar high on that front yesterday and that really is all we ask.
