posts. Took the trouble to do so and you have come on here continually defending GS right from your very first post on your 'return'. We were doing well then too! Who are you?

my return? sorry mate? i've never said i didnt defend the board, i do, cos i personally think they are turning this club around in the right way. however, as you have no doubt read, i havent agreed with all their decisions, especially in relation to when AR was sacked. similarly, when everyone was calling on AR to be sacked on here, i defended AR, saying he deserves a chance. no doubt you have read that. as i said, and as the oldies such as jlwbl, i've been posting for donkies, even on the old board before it was wound up for the reason we all remember. i was pre this board, pre shep, pre AR, pre cryne...
i dont know if he's the right man, but what i have done is work out the average points per game this season and compared him to AR, and davey does far better, and in fact hte average from davey, if he was in charge from game 1, would have put us safe by april. anyone else on here taken the trouble to apply a little intellect to the situation, or are we, sorry, you, just living up to the stereotype of thick lovely personts from the tarn.
I am one for conspiracies you know, johnb. You first worked out Davey's average points per game and compared it to AR.Interesting.

how so, what if he said he wouldnt come to barnsley in the first place if he didnt have such a clause.
Insightful too, johnb.

erm, its simple stuff, that was part of a post that i stated that people on here are lazy in making accusations without doing their homework.
so clever, your brill you are own, again, please put it in context of the sequence of posts, stop being intellectually dishonest and manipulating in your selection. you and me both know, if you put it in context, that i was responding to someone else, who already stated about teh vlause, someone else challenged that, and i asked what if? intellectually dishonest, post grad education my arse, nvq more like.
i telephoned the box office and asked as i was buying two tickets for friends at the same time who dont live nearby. as i said, no one does their homework, i at least ask the questions. ever been to a supporters trust meeting owen?
Your comments when Weds approached Shep to speak to AR
i dont think AR is an amazing manager, but in reality, like our young players, he is still learning too... he's gonna get better and hopefully make fewer mistakes as time goes on. this was always going to be a tough season, we had a false sense of security after the dizzy heights of the first few games, but as tinatykes tag says, 4th from bottom will do. and i agree with her. hopefully this has been our rocky patch, exposed our weaknesses, so they can be dealt with early, rather than later... we have a good young team who could do with a bit of experience to steady them, but even without stregthening the team we're still better than 5 or 6 clubs in this division. any thougts on 1 old man up front and one in defence who would be willing to make a move and could do the job for us?
Not exactly a glowing indictment, is it?

I still haven't found one were you defended Ritchie after his sacking.
I love insults me, by the way, they make me laugh. You however, seem to be getting a little worked up, any reason?

no, i get frustrated by the dogmatic obsession with negativity and always spinning the worse case scenario. i try to give an even account (see the ritchie post you kindly re-posted), and i generally think those involved in the club are working hard and with the best of intentions. if you and i are any better at business no doubt we'll buy the club and prove ourselves and our success. how is your fairled business by the way?
