what is your profession by any chance, seems a little harsh to be slagging off the coaching the club does, just wondered if you were some out of work footy coach??

Maybe go down today to see if they are doing any tatical work or maybe even yesterday they did not put them through there paces having only played on saturday and having a game tomorrow night!?!?!?!?

no different to what we do about players etc

he's entitled to his opinion and i don't think it's harsh. i disagree with his assumptions but it's no different to people Tommy Wright

2 wins in 17 home games

Whatever the coaching methods being adopted they are clearly lacking something.

Having 2 men as the complete senior management / coaching / physio team is somewhat lacking.

Just imagine you were Jose Mourinho ...

... and were sent to coach the Darfield Longbow U11 team.
You are given several tools to attract players - such as advertising in the local players, scouting at schools etc.
At the first training session the Longbow boss turns up & says "you can't have any players, you can only use bowls of lime jelly instead, and if you tell anyone that it's my idea I'll have you up on charges of fiddling with the jelly".

Your job is to coach 16 bowls of lime jelly.
You do your best, built a great team spirit & get a few results - notably against the Billy Bus Brigade & the Blind School.
After a while your coaching techniques are exposed as teams find out that your are fielding bowls of jelly instead of players.
You start to lose games.

Is your coaching technique at fault?
Or should you be allowed to sign some other players - a sherry trifle, for instance?

I think I've made my point.
About your missing leather jacket.

It's taking a while to sink in, but I think finally people are accepting that although somebody is saying money is available to fund new players, there is something not quite right with that statement. So now, it's coaching.

If it turns out that, after about a month of someone watching the coaching sessions on a daily basis, from beginning to end and coming to the conclusion that the methods are actually sound and similar to that of other clubs.

Ritchie will then be driving his car to work incorrectly or having is hair cut wrong.

its one thing to have an opinion

but to question coaching methods i think is harsh unless you are an ex coach or have a background in football coaching at a high standard

it is like me slating the way a plumber works even though i do not know the ins and outs of this profession!?!?!

To me it is just another thing to moan about and to question the clubs training methods which have been succesful to date is harsh and if we knew better then we would not be watching but taking the training, just let them do there job and stop looking for any negetive thing about the club!!!!
