That Five Arches 1. Violent and drug infested rough boozer or 2. Large main road site, could be done up amd re-launched as a food house / carvery taking £25k per week?
Used to be option 1, but has the potential to be 2. Plus if the Wendy's are at home, someone could make a fortune!!!
I think 2 as well That Shirecliffe / Longley area has improved, no big food houses in the area, lots of passing trade, big car park, good chimneypot count, SWFC match days take a mint. Just needs someone with big balls / bank account. Might need a bit of local advice if we take it further.
