Just wanted to congratulate you mate on your job promotion, I know how down in the dumps you were not that long ago with regards redundancies, you've shown anything is possible if you are willing to put the work in. Take a bow son.
Nice one lads. There were days I felt hopeless, chasing my dream job and feeling the pressure to take just anything. And believe me, another factory job was not the plan. But I have to work, and as I said before I was promised that with hard graft and endeavour I could get to the top in the company, so I made the sacrifice of moving out of my girlfriend's home in Bradford to come back and take the risk, and the bull by the horns. My relationship has strengthened, surprisingly, and the risk is paying off. And the decent wage I could soon be earning will enable me to still pursue my dream, whether for payment or not. Unfortunately, a season ticket is unlikely as I miss a lot of games - the midweek games, and the odd weekend fixture, so it doesn't make sense. However, I have probably spent the same money already with the games I've got to, including away trips, so perhaps am talking **** - I often do, ask Hemsworth.. Once again, nice one. And proof that there is work out there, you just have to be brave.
Yea well done mate, with all the endeavor you showing maybe you can apply to be a cb at the well you certainly have the dna for it. But seriously well done,
Cheers, pal. I'd be awful at centre half, mind. I'm quite quick, but poor in the air. I'm not very strong, and when I did play the game I was a marauding left back who couldn't mark up, but often got back with my pace to thwart the odd chance. Bit like Wiseman, upon reflection. I'll fetch mi booits setdi, just in case.
