We'd kind of like to get our strike force for next season sorted out while there's still something left on the shelves so if you'd like to stop fannying about like an old woman and make your chuffin mind up we'd be much obliged.

17 out of 39 in League One doesn't make you Wayne Rooney mate.

He's entitled to a holiday, just like anyone else.......... When on holiday, forget about work!

Unless you are looking for another job in which case you probably wouldn't forget about work.

Most of the dealings will be being done by his agent at this stage until theres an offer on the table and then the agent will pass that onto him.

"There has not been a formal offer.

"As far as we are aware, Michael is still under contract with Newcastle until the end of the month, and is currently away on holiday as well."

There's still no decision to be made yet.

Of course there is. Do you think the interested parties haven't set their stalls out?

Yes but he's still under contract, out of the country and no formal offer has been made.

I'm sure when he gets back he will speak to the interested parties face to face and will be able to work out what the best move is. He's probably got a godd idea what that move will be already but can't do much about it at the moment.

He's not really fannying about and being indecisive, he hasn't even commented on the situation himself.

At the moment he doesn't have a club for next season so surely a JOB should be more important to him then a holiday. Of course it is that is why he is putting his name about to clubs to milk as much as he can out of us now Cryne as reffered to him as "box office. "Barnsley think i am box office. Maybe i can milk them abit more". How long are we prepared to give him before we say bugger off ?

    No, no, no.

You don't understand. All that's happening is what Tundra Boy has read in the press releases. He's probably far too busy on his pedalo to worry about where he'll be playing next season.

    Yes

They only put an offer in whilst wearing chinos and a polo shirt - they will make a later offer when they are wearing a tuxedo.

    RE: No, no, no.

I don't receive football related press releases.

All I was saying is that he can't put pen to paper at the moment and that I;m sure he will sit down with the interested parties and discuss a formal offer when that opportunity arises. At the moment he is still under contract to Newcastle United and he has been offered an extension by them - it's hardly like he's shitting himself about where he's going to end up.
