Look at the video and you'll see an orange fireball just before the plane goes into the building. Look at the position that it comes from in front of the plane, then look at the image at the bottom. You'll see that there seems to be a very large strange 'bump' tube shaped thing running along the side of the fuselage which isnt normally on a boeing plane.
