FAO site admin re racists

There is no place for racism in football or any part of society so how come these people are allowed to post on this board and get away with it. Any one heard of the public order act 1986? It is a criminal offence to try to stir up racial hatered, asking peolpe to take part in multi cultural on line polls is a thinly veiled attempt to do just that. Are you aware of the implications of allowing such a thing to go unchallenged could have on these users or this board. You should do the morally right thing and remove these offensive posts immediately!

I agree regarding some of the "jokes" that get posted...

But regarding some of the other posts banning these people would only add fuel to their fire.

What I'd really like to see is for them to respond to some of the reasoned responses to their threads. It seems whenever a challenge is made highlighting some possible flaws in their arguments no attempt is made to counter.

If you're going to post controversial / inflammatory material at least have the decency to stick the debate out 'til the end...

Let them show their ignorance. It stands out a mile - the reasonable posts balance it out.

The stupidity of some of the more narrow minded comments left on here bring shame on the people who post them. </p>

It's one thing to want enthusiastic and loyal fans,it's another to support pitch invasions and the kind of behaviour which causes trouble and gets the club fined or points docked.</p>

It's one thing to stand against violence and religious extremism, and terrorism. It's another thing to just have a blanket prejudice against anyone who is muslim or worships in a mosque or is non-white.</p>

Hopefully the reasoned voices on this board (and there are a lot of educated sensible and open minded folk here, ok maybe not sensible) more than balance it out.</p>

I don't object to the removal of some of the "jokes" - the ones about shooting, drowing etcetera but I'd rather have an opinion expressed in a open forum which can be challenged than have it removed.

The ones about shooting and drowning minorities are sick. Opinions can be argued.

I listen to s*ite like that and I just think it's like been transported back in time twenty years! I'll admit that there's some genuine (if not necessarily justified) concern about certain aspects of immigration such as crime, terrorism and cultural identity but I simpy can't believe that real, hardcore, simply based on the colour of the skin racism still exists in this day and age!
