Maybe someone should put a sticky up about this http://news.sky.com/skynews/article/0,,30400-1310979,00.html Maybe some of us heading to St Pancras/Kings Cross after the match can share taxis etc Just a thought
taxis will cost a fortune do you realise how far it is, you need to contact london police for advice or contact london transport they may provide extra buses
Strike may be settled by then but just wanted to make sure people knew about it Taxis will cost a fortune you are right but if 4/5 people share it may not be too bad By the way credit to DJ Fatty Boy for the original post
Not sure what it means yet Does it mean at 6:30 all trains will stop and drivers get out and walk, or does it mean they will stop when they get to the end of their shift. If we dont get extra time and pens we may be OK 6:30pm on a Sunday is a really strange time to walk out, Is it calculated to bugger up the olympic torch stuff or something. Cant believe they are targetting us
Yep for us too Even if we can get to St Pancras we will still need to get a taxi from Sheffied so sharing will help keep the cost down at both ends
RE: Not sure what it means yet Generally it means that everyone is done by the start of the strike, i.e. services start being affected from around noon.
2 of us Keep in touch we can share but I suppose there will be loads of fans around on the same train. Let's hope we win then it's into "tarn" for another few pints at 1am before heading off to bed
Their members will walk at 6.30pm on Sunday April 6 and return to work at 6.30pm the following Wednesday.

If that is true, then just enough time at the end the game to get in toLondon (doh)
