Hang on a minute Professional's should not shirk the job based upon who is their manager. In the second half fully deserved the ponte's chant "your not fit to wear the shirt" Clueless Spineless Guileless Hopeless That cannont be blamed entirely (or even largely) upon the manager. Players need to carry the can. It was an FA Cup game, winning which would have meant a potential prestigeous tie with Spurs. If proffessional footballers can niether organise nor motivate themselves for such a tie there is very little that can be done by the manager (poor as he has shown himself to be since Christmas)
Disgusted With The Players........ as not one clapped the fans at the end for having to put up with that. Total lack of profesionalism by the team who clearly don't want to play for the manager.
I agree to a point But these are the same players that played under Ritchie. And they showed passion and commitment. If a player doesn't play to his manager's instructions he can find himself on the bench or in the stiffs. I can't believe that the team believe in the manager.
Well Andy's players seem to still be annoyed that he's not around. If that's the case they will end up being shipped out.
After the Wednesday match... I said that was their reponse to Wavey getting the job. They looked like a side that did not want him and still do.
