Or both.
I was devastated when LEAVE won the referendum, but it is all looking quite amusing now. Are we sure that the vote was not the equivalent of pulling the chair away just as someone sits down and all the on-lookers roaring with laughter?
It would seem that way: There is such a lack of experienced negotiators to handle Brexit, that the civil service has to - WAIT FOR IT - hire non-British people. Bloody foreigners stealing the jobs no-one here can do etc. etc.
Farrage/Johnson/Cameron: The three wise monkeys who stirred up a shitstorm and then fled to leave the clear-up to someone else.
