    Not so.

    The BMI report was compiled using only height and weight measurements and is consequently not worth the paper it's written on.

    If anything, bearing in mind that muscle weighs a lot more than fat, all this report proves is that Southerners are wimps.

    The Maximuscle site has a much better calculator that takes your waist size into consideration.

    If your waist is 36" or over it's time for the treadmill. Giant people and them with tree trunks for a waist excepted.
