have you got fatter , thinner or stayed the same during the lock downs and tiers I am betting 1/2 fatter evens the same and 7/4 thinner FATTER FOR ME,snacking and eating fish and chips my let down
Probably best part of a stone heavier but fitter, exercising between 5-7 times a week.......healthy body healthy mind
Fitter initially, but events these last 2-3 months have seen me gain weight and lose fitness. Thankfully I now feel I’m in a position to rectify that
I'm a stone and 8lbs lighter since this all started. Not bad to say ive been working from home the whole time. Regular walks and eating more healthily has been the answer.
Just shy of 2 stone lighter and lost 4 inches off the waist. Never cycled or walked as much, and during my self isolation in November, bought a decent smart turbo trainer and used Zwift to keep training and still using it regularly. Climbed up the Zwift version of Alp du Huez twice in the last fortnight. Never been fitter.
I've gone from just short of 11st to 12 and a half. But it's only gone to my gut, visibly. I still look gorgeous when I breathe in a lot.
wow, that Zwift looked good on tour adverts thinner draws level 5 all the same lagging behind 4/5 fatter evens thinner 4/1 same
First lockdown fitter, doing lots of walking and DIY so less snacking but burning calories. Put weight on over Christmas and done bugger all since apart from the occasional walk so overall fatter.
Absolutely. Salad instead of chips, regular walks in the countryside and helped along by pubs/bars being shut for ages as home drinking doesn't really appeal.
new the good metabolism lads would arrive eventually keep same at 4/1 though, just had a twirl so favouring fatter ,must be some more twirl munchers out there
Lost 4 stone in three months in first lockdown. Put a stone back on in second/christmas, now back to losing some. Walks, 5:2 diet, less drinking/eating out/takeaways etc
