    After. It was gay while I was at High School so I didn't go in, cool when I was at Sixth Form so I did, lots, and toss after Terry sold it.
    And no I didn't see the parrot incident.

    Heaving, setdi neet, 8 deep at the bar, someone threw a dead cat from the back onto the bar, everyone scarpered 'cos of the smell, he walked to the front and ordered 6 pints of stones, cool as you like.

    My favourite in Barnsley town centre, ....... (was) the Magnet and the Ring o' Bells, can't split 'em ..... in Wombwell, it's The Ship (Last Orders).

    We used to go in a quite a bit

    even though it was "off circuit". Can't really remember if it was gay or not, as we were always very drunk and into Hanoi Rocks at the time so everyone had eye-liner on anyway.

    The story about the Parrot always saddened me, I still feel a bit sad about it now to be honest.

    Gas Nook. First one I ever went in. Scared the **** out on me.
    The Temple has a special place too, first pint an all that. Managed to get all the way darn t'Ladbrokes before I honked mi washer.
