( ordered some euros from my online savings account, went yesterday to collect and they wouldn't give them to me, they said it was not my account that they came from, had to transfer more money into my current account and pop over travel agents to get more euros because i didnt think id get back to bank today and sort it out in time, managed to get the euros which i no longer needed today, difference? me £115 out of pocket grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
