    We had a fee agreed for Werling and that didn't exactly work out.

    That was mentioned in the meeting. Werling it seems was shafted by his agent and then by his old club who moved the goalposts on the transfer deal.

    He came to us because he was guaranteed first team football (and probably because he likes playing for us). I guess the fee must be somewhere close to the 500k Hull were offering.

    I think we miss him, for all the stick he got about his defending we played better with him in the team and we now miss the obvious free kick bonus he gave us.

    I think it will be a relatively small fee but with a massive sell on clause.
