I don't feel in the slightest bit sorry for him, he's not good enough end of. If he plays in the next 6 games we are down as we simply won't score enough to stay up. Remember as nice a guy as he may be, he gets paid a lot of ******* money for being completely wnak. Regis was soon bombed out for being ***** the sooner he follows the better.
Fair play KO missed a sitter.. but just how bad was Ferenczi?! Did he win a header? (oh no wait, yes he did, that chance that he fecked up too)</p> All well and good slating KO, but he's no worse than the rest as far as I'm concerned.</p> If it wasn't for his (albeit, piece of piss) goal, we wouldn't even have made it there today</p>
he is poor. Stan is in far worse form. coulson looks lost. nads has hardly set the world alight (again) and who knows about Kim.
Its not his fault though Its obvious to everyone that when he is at his best he is a 2<s> 0 </s> goal a season striker He clearly has no confidence in front of goal - I didnt expect him to score when through on goal You have to question the manager persisting with someone who is never going to be anything other than a useful impact sub to unsettle the opposition
yep I agree, how many points/games is he going to cost us before he goes. He misses at least 1 sitter every game, never has and never wil be a Championship player but then again neither are Ferenczi or Coulson so looks like 1 up front from now on!
The simplae fact is we werent good enough on the day. If we were still playing now we would not have scored. Our stikers are useless! Iv come on here and defended odejayi in the past but after todays showing he shouldnt wear the shirt again.
RE: Its not his fault though Davey is no mug so he must see something on the training field. I'm sure he doesn't think Kayode is no good let's pick him. Easy to judge from the sidelines I suppose.
RE: Its not his fault though Problem is, there really is no viable alternative.</p> Macken has to start, but then Ferenczi is poor this season, Nards doesn't look inetersted. At all. And Coulso just doesn't seem quite ready to be a clinical goal scorer we need</p>
RE: Its not his fault though He'd be better off as a steward at Oakwell, absolute toss. We've got 5 or 6 strikers and only Macken seems to know what being a centre forward entails. Mr Davey to blame as much as the players I'm afraid
Spot on. I have no sympathy for him. Theres an old saying "cometh the hour cometh the man". He had his big moment and he bottled it. He may be a nice lad and all that but a championship footballer he never will be. With only 2 goals in 40 games this season his confidence was non-existent to start with, after today we surely cannot rely on him to score the goals to keep us up? Davey's pig-headedness regarding Christensen and the retention of KO in the side will take us back into league 1.
Time for a new formation. Why not try 4-2-3-1 that other teams are experimenting with, Macken up on his own, togwell and Hassell behind a midfield three of devaney - Howard - JCR
What really p1ssed me off re Odedonkey today was....... at the end of the match when at first only JCR and Hassell came over and applauded the fans (Davey pulled a few others round too belatedly) but KO just stood in the middle looking sorry for himself waiting for sympathy. Never came over and acknowledged us silly buggers who have to tolerate him week in week out. Sorry mate, but you aint getting any sympathy and you can't live on a Chelsea goal for a career, accept you fecked it up, move on and score a few to keep us up (cos you wont get dropped). Sadly tho, he is way, way out of his depth.
