ZALAEGERSZEG, Hungary (AP) -Mirnes Sisic scored in the second half Wednesday to give Slovenia a 1-0 friendly win over Hungary.</p>

Sisic scored in the 59th minute from five meters on an assist from Milivoje Novakovics after teammate Anton Zlogar stole the ball from Hungary's Daniel Tozser and Adam Vass ball in midfield.</p><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="315" align="left" border="0"><tbody><tr><td><div style="padding-right: 15px; padding-bottom: 10px; width: 300px"></div></td></tr><tr><td></td></tr></tbody></table>

Novakovics could have scored in the 73rd after another defensive mistake by Vass, but Hungary goalkeeper Marton Fulop was able to get a hand on the ball and stop the shot.</p>

The game was constantly interrupted by fouls, with Hungary committing 36 to Slovenia's 23.</p>

Hungary was without several of its key players, including Zoltan Gera, PSV Eindhoven's Balazs Dzsudzsak and Karlsruher FC midfielder Tamas Hajnal, who were all injured.</p>

The hosts first shot on goal came in the 76th, but Vilmos Vanczak sent the ball over the crossbar.</p>

Hungary coach Peter Varhidi, whose contract was only extended this year after its federation failed to find a foreigner to lead the team, said the poor play was not surprising considering the key absences.</p>

&quot;Without Dzsudzsak, Hajnal and Gera, we're not the same team,'' Varhidi said. &quot;Their quality was greatly missed.''</p>
