Usually such an accolade goes to the player deemd to contribute most over a season. It may be conceivable if Istvan continues this rich vein of form he will scoop the award based on playing around 15 games...............would put to shame the likes of Hayes wanting to jump ship.

if he kept up his current rate

he will be top scorer playter of the year and almost certainly subject to bids from other clubs. Oh and hopefully we stay up :)

    Cannot Be........

player of the year because he's not played enough games. I think you have to play 20 so he will fall short. And it would be disrespectful to think he's done more in half a season than others in a full season.

Shouldn't get player of the year

He has played really well since he joined us, but it should go to someone who has been here all season, eg Howard, Devaney, Hassell. If we keep hold of him next year, and he carries his form through, he will defo be player of the season then without a doubt!

RE: if he kept up his current rate

I have a feeling he will not keep up this rate of scoring BUT Raczi will pick up where he has left off. We saw the best of Raczi in the Hull game ie a game where we spent the majority on the attack. Most of the other games Raczi has had to drop deep to defend.............although admittedly didn't have his best game on Saturday.

Surely 'it's who has contributed most to a season...........and if his goals keep us up why should he be penalised by not having played enough games? He has done more in 6 games than the likes of Hayes has done in his last 16. I do appreciate Howard and Hassle have played well more often than not but even they have had their off days.

    didnt realise

still think he should get it if he goes on to bang say 12-14 goals in. personally i dont think he will but here is hoping he does. player of the season? well then maybe brian howard who without i think we would already be down, the burden has been taken off him now but until istavan it was down to him alone at times to get the goals

    RE: Devaney?

    This is a joke right?

As fot Istvan - I agree that if he did score the goals that in the end kept us up, then he would get my vote for sure.

    Either him or Lucas.....
