Few More thoughts on yesterday

    Muller - solid nothing much to do better distribution than normal although do wish he would catch more corners when there is no danger around him 7/10

    Kozzie - brilliant today bombed forward when possible qulaity defensively 8/10

    Dennis - very very solid gets beter every week. Hope he stays in Jan..... 8/10

    Big Darren - MOTM today nothing shall pass and a great header as well. Yes he cant pass but he knows that and never tries. Kepp it up big fella 9/10

    Foster - see Dennis above. Booked for a rash challenge but generally solid 8/10

    JCR - not as effective as usual although he did run his socks off. 7/10

    Colace- much much better than at Donny - broke play up well and passed it simple 8/10

    Anderson - close second to Big Darren IMHO - looks class on the ball and orchestrated proceedings. Still got caought a few times but generally impressive. 8/10

    Hume - see JCR above. 7/10

    Disco - Hmmm probably the least effective today. Possibly time for a rest 6/10

    Macken - proving his critics wrong again. Held play up better than at Donny and 2 nice finished as well. Keep it up next week 8/10

    Subs - Leon was not very effective and gave away a silly free kick for their goal. Not up to it at this standard Im afraid.

    Other 2 hardly got on although Mossto did miss a decent chance right at the death

    Conclusion - although Charlton were very very ordinary credit must go to the players - awesome first half and never gave them time to settle. Much more confortable than at Donny and must give them confidence going into next weeks match. Weaver was much the busier of the 2 keepers even in the second half which says a lot. Keep going like this and there should be no problems at the end of the season - comfortable mid table finish should be achievable.

    Special mention to Charlton - really friendly sensible stewards, nice ground nice set-up. Pity about the team

    Couple of extra points

    (I disafree about Leon not being up to it at this level but let that pass)

    Decent ref for a change - I thought he had a good game in what were quite difficult conditions - refereed sensibly - no complaints about Fozzies card

    and even the police were sensible as well - Some of us went to into the pub after the game - Landlord had called them in to remove some trouble causers so they kept us outside for a few mins whilst they were removed. But did it in as polite and good natured way as possible - aplolgising for keeping us outside. Thanking us for behaving well whilst waiting etc

    So much less likely to get anyone starting anything when fans are treated politely and like adults - than the police tactics used in some other areas.
