1st half was very poor. No one pressing & getting stuck in, players just hoofing it forward and no creativity. If fans were booing the team it was pretty justified. Don't start with Fletcher. Completely ineffective when he started at Bradford & Swindon and same again today. Didn't look interested. Harry Chapman looks promising. Really positive debut. Nearly scored a brilliant goal and played some very good balls forward. Crewe were not a bad team. Haber and Inman caused us problems and they could have gone in at HT 3-0 up. Threw in the towel after our equalizer though and I can see why they are at the bottom. We're not really missing Long. Roberts hoofs it too much but defensively he is great as I know he has always been.
fletcher played better last 20 minutes , but agree he looked off it in first half . thought defence played well again . mawson and roberts forming a good partnership
Agree with everything except this bit. Crewe created sod all throughout and we ought to have been 3 up at half time, not them.
I was at Bradford and so I do understand where you're coming from, but... we won. As we did at Swindon. And again today. I think folk need to look past the performances at this stage and just look at the results which are frankly unbelievable.
Agreed. Leicester City didn't play very well today but I bet there fans aren't complaining Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Lucky Lee wants pistol whipping at dawn for over complicating things in this division. The mind boggles where we'd be if they had been sent out to play with the same freedom from day one.
The current personnel have a lot to do with how we play, we've a better balance now. Point the finger if you must, but it's not so black and white.
