Wiseman had a decent game today, no more he was not excellent or anything like that. He was part of a defence that got caught ball-watching at critical moments. Perhaps Flicker is getting like the Wiseman apologists on here and relieved that he hasn't had his usual stinker, but please don't go all Hillesque with your comments. Other players had a 'decent' game today as well.

And lets be honest here, while he was 'decent', he along with the rest of the defence, switched off at crucial moments yet again

He talks as much ***** as Keith did.

As do a lot of managers to be honest, to deflect attention/criticism.

Wiseman was very very lucky to get a free kick when he was pissing about in a dangerous area with the ball. Most refs probably wouldn't have seen the challenge that ended with Scott on his arse as fair and let Bolton charge into the box.

Will you anti Wiseman get off the guys back. He had a bloody good game today. We need Steele to start catching a ball and come out with presence. Bolton rough housed us today and the crap Ref let them do it He gave them their third goal as it was no foul. Wiseman played Davies off park.

Now there is an OTT comment. And wrong. I don't think he won a single battle with him in the 1st half. Davies also had a great chance to get a goal in the 2nd half when he was found in the middle but he inexplicably chested back to Steele, Wiseman nowhere to be seen.

Flicker did the same thing with Ha2who at Hull, praised him up and made it sound like he'd played like Yaya Toure on a good day, when in reality he'd had nothing more then a decent game. Millwall (H) Blackpool (A) M'boro (A) MK (A) the bloke was outstanding at times and looked a class above any previous outing in a Barnsley shirt. if this is the way Flicker is going about trying to put a little confidence back in to players who have been as low as a snakes belly at stages this season, let him continue wile ever its getting results.

Ridiculous post.........our defence today was poor, from a weak defensive header for the second to Craine and Wiseman looking at each other instead of defending for the other two, particularly for the first. The defence quite rightly has come in for some stick today. I wouldn't pick Wiseman out as the worst offender/defender today the baffling thing being are our two best ones sat on the bench. You are right that Benitez doesn't deserve stick for winning but he should have kept his gob shut mid week, berating fans doesn't do any manager any favours
