FFS - How sensitive are the Admin Team of this board?

Under the 'My Match Memories' I posted a thread entitled 'My Snatch Memories' as a bit of a laugh.
It gets deleted.

What criteria is used to establish if a post should be deleted?

It has been moved onto the bulletin board by Site Admin.
