    Anyone else preorder the standard edition.
    supposed to get 15 gold packs over 15 weeks - should there be a code to redeem this cos there wasnt one in my box?

    they will appear as unopened packs in the fut menu 1 at beginning of the week,

    but i thought this only applied to the preorder version. how will the game know it is the preorder version?

    You have to get the 'ultimate edition', not the standard one. Costs about £20 more.

    nah bought from game. physical box came yesterday but no codes inside. mate got a code but his was the deluxe edition so unsure if different

    no. from website it says standard preorder edition gets it. from website.....

    you wont get any codes then eddie. just the basic game. get 15 000 coins and play the draft 3 wins and you get some great rewards,

    ve been having a look on other boards and people saying they haven't got codes, I have seen standard editions saying 15 fut packs, so saying that the 1st pack will be beginning of week, that's how fifa send the packs

    so i'm not the only one then. just wondered how EA would know whether a disc was the preorder that got the 15 packs, or the standard purchase after release that didnt

    Bought my lad it pre order via Amazon and they sent me a email with the codes on.

    it seems all standard orders get 15 fut packs, the duluxe ones get 40
