    Comments from Pat Cryne;

    1) Simon Davey has substantial money to spend on the squad. Where did that go, because I haven't seen it spent relative to what other clubs in this division have spent (dunno)

    2) We know we are short of two decent strikers. Where are they ??? (dunno)

    3) Brian Howard is worth £10 Million. He has been sold for a 20th of that price (dunno)

Pat Cryne saved the club, and we will always be gratefull, and it would be good to have a statue of him outside the ground, but is it time for him to put the club in the hands of the same people that sell clubs like Newcastle etc ???

Simon Davey is short of quality strikers to complete the team..........quality strikers cost millions............have we the money (dunno)

I dont think we have........and if we haven't............I'm sorry to say its Division 1 next season

    Yes, i totally agree.

I am sick to the back teeth of hearing everyone praise Cryne down to the ground when he has to take responsibilty for appointing Davey, he has no footballing knowledge at all and its as much his fault as it is Davey.

As far as i'm concerned the pair of them can piss off!!

I dont want the manager to go...................but..........

...........if he's very limited to the money he can spend on forwards its obvious we are going to scrounge round the world looking for strikers from all over the place including places like Peru and when we find they are no good is it any wonder................we do this (yikes)

I've been saying this before the start of the season..............two quality strikers wanted........ ASAP.......!!!!!!!

Hume isn't one of them.......I'd play Hume wide right so we have a winger / midfielder that can score goals, because at the moment we haven't

probably the fact that he spent £600000 on two strikers who at best only ever warmed the bench, one no longer at the club (maybe they looked at him the wrong way once) makes cryne reluctant to give davey any money. hes probably given it some thought and decided to f**k the horrible welsh nob head.

would you trust davey with your money.

I cannot believe anyone is willing to have a go at Cryne. Do you want Mr Doyle back in charge????

    Why the hell not??

Yes he saved us, but its blatently obvious that he can't run the club and isn't willing to move it forward.

Davey was an atrocious appointment by Cryne and he has to take the blame for that.

I am not having a go at Pat Cryne..........read the above post............but

PC has done a great job. What I am saying is that SD is scrapping the barrel picking up strikers that he HOPES will succeed. SD needs to be able to choose quality no matter what the cost (in reason)
2 million per striker in this league is not out of the question.............and we need two of them

In other departments on the pitch SD has brought some quality in..............but his strikers have failed and thats because hes tried to bring cheap strikers in that he hoped he could shape into good players. Unfortunatly hes failed on this one.
Strikers, more than anyother player cost money, BIG money.
Has Pat Cryne got the money available to bring quality strikers to the club ???
I don't think so. Therefore the best cause of action is to put the club up for sale.

when you're on about clubs paying 2m plus for strikers your on about clubs who can get 25,000 plus thru the turnstyles. We can't afford it simple.

    short of money

ffs we sign our 3rd biggest signing ever in Hulme and you are questioning if PC has the funds, you need a reality check to realise that the buck stops with the manager!!!!

Sheff Wed have fook all money yet they seem to be doing ok! Don't get me wrong to have a billionaire would be great but it will never happen PC made comments at the start of the seaon which are coming back to bite him in the ass but to say get rid is nothing short of fickle!

    Two quality strikers wanted...............ASAP

It would be a disaster if SD went out again with a pocket full of change and brought in players that are not much better than what we have got.
He cant keep trying to make a purse out of a pigs ear like he is trying to do with Odejayi and Mostto while Macken also seems to be on his way out

I think given the funds, proper funds.............SD will deliver the two strikers we need

Wednesday suffered trying to chase success beyond their means (like you want us to) and QPR are a poncey West London club, your Bernie Eccleston and his billionaire mates won't want to come up to Barnsley I'm afraid.
