    In fairness to Nick after the sending off O'Grady dropped back quite a lot to help out the defence.Its not easy on your own trying to stop the Brighton defenders playing it out from the back.

    I'm not sure coming off the bench works well for his game. Some players who don't need much time to get used to the tempo thrive on the sub role but I don't think it's a greet role for Nick.
