now we have flies in the house a month and a half after we had someone lay down poison in the loft......co-incidence?
How long does it take for flies to eat a dead rat?
Funny, I dont want any tea tonight....blurgh!!!!

In the 70's my dad has cavity wall foam done..the contractors broke an airbrick which allowed the rats in to the cavity, they had free run up into the loft, they sound like baby elephants banging about up there..we ended up putting a bag of corn a few yards away from the airbrick and shooting them when they emerged for snap time,it took a few weeks to get rid..I've had Ratophobia ever since.

We had a problem last year with flies after a bird got stuck down the chimney and died. I looked it up on the internet and once the egg turns into a pupae it can lay dormant for quite some time before hatching it drove us crackers as they would appear from nowhere after the central heating warmed them up. I only thought flies lived for about about 24hrs but they can live quite a while I was zapping fly spray up the chimney and burning candles to try and get rid.
