Get Morsy on permanent deal - his assist for Winnall's second was superb - really impressed with what I've seen from him so far. Right attitude and fits in with us perfectly - maybe our absent midfielder needs to watch him when he returns from his loan

 

Agree. Morsy will be as important as when we signed Scowen.

 

Can we stop having sly digs at our own players. It's as bad as you know who.

 

By saying Moncur needs to look at his commitment isn't a dig- constructive advice - look at the ones who have knuckled down and shown that they are willing to fight for a place and not walk out after 4 games. Scowen for one

Not my style to have a dig - rather look for the positives - he needs to knuckle down and look at players like Morsy

100% agree. Have wanted him here since I saw him at Chesterfield. Top class centre mid. Sounds ime he's loving it at oakwell. He's key to our progress with our any doubt. Growing with every game and proud to be a red.

 

In one of his early interviews, Morsy said he was here to try and earn a permanent deal.
Let's hope we sign him asap.l

 

Sign him! Am I right thinking he will be on African cup duty in Jan/Feb? For a change the transfer window will be about who we keep (fingers crossed all of em) but we need cover (sure they will fix that tho).

 

Maybe so, but at a fraction of his current salary?

You are right Geddis, it's who we keep, I fear we will lose the man that started all of this revolution at Oakwell our most talented on the ball player at the club in Adam Hammell. I also hope our most talented player Conner Hourehan signes an extention to his contract. If them 2 stay I can see every one else following there example.

 

If Moncur had shown a tenth of the same attitude as Morsy he'd still be here and would have at least given Hecky a headache. Instead he ran off to his comfort zone.

 

Whether it's true or not I don't know but I got told there's already a pre-arranged fee in place for Morsy, got told it had to be a loan officially due to the paperwork as he was away on international duty at the close of the window

 

that's as maybe. the OP was about Morsy who we all agree would be an excellent addition.
