I left the match early. 3-0 was enough. We were given a spanking today by a team that we would expect to beat. Their keeper pulled off 2 good saves, but he was hardly troubled after that.

I wasn’t expecting to easily beat them infact irrespective of Wycombe’s poor start I thought today would give us a good indication as to where we are as a team and unfortunately that’s miles off.

We're a bottom half side. Anyone who thought different was and is totally deluded!

Tbf i expect Wycombe to be higher up the table than us . For me, I'd have had Norwood on earlier to counter some of their shithousery ( which we knew was coming).
Not too disheartened, still enjoying us adventuring into the oppositions half regularly and attempting to score after the dire football we had to contend with last season.

I thought they were a good side, took their goals well and stopped us creating anything. Classic away performance from them executed well with 1 or 2 tasty finishes.

We on the other hand made it easy for them. I can put up with players not being good enough but I can’t do with them not trying. Some of our team looked a yard off the pace today, I can only put that down to a lack of effort.

I’d be hoping after that duff will have them all In tomorrow not training but watching the match back and singling players out in private who let the team down. He should play kids against Leeds, **** letting Styles have an opportunity to put himself in the shop window.
