Saw it on Twitter but its on the Main site now https://www.barnsleyfc.co.uk/news/2020/june/fixture-update/
Pretty much as expected just playing them in the order we were meant to do so. Blackburn at home on Tuesday 30th at 6PM though? I would hazard a guess that this is incorrect as on Sky Sports it has 7:45 and then further down in our own article it mentions the Luton game being our second 7:45 game of the resumption.
It also says 7:45 if you click on fixtures on the Barnsley site so I would be surprised if its at 6pm
Also surely the time we will finally win at Loftus Road again: safe in the fact there will be no fans there to witness it!
I believe so - also playoffs will take place. at least in the Championship Not sure about League 1 or if they will just promote the top 3
Sort of dreading us coming back - been much happier without the weekly embarrasing loss! Not sure I fancy paying a tenner to watch us get relegated on tv...
9 games in 33 days or 8 games in 26 if you miss off the QPR game, which we may as well given our record. Teams will do well to avoid injuries with this lot.
It's not a typo. It's a 6pm kick off. It was arranged between clubs (as is allowed during these times) minutes before going to press. So that's why Sky etc have it still down as 7:45pm. Also, the fixtures tab of the website is driven by OPTA, not us. So we can't alter that ourselves, but they've been made aware.
I think the EFL, clubs and players are desperate to get this season finished due to the knock on effect it's going to have on next season. Also they must be worried that there's going to be a new wave of the virus, hence, get it over and done with as quickly as possible.
