Flash macromedia help needed

I get a message saying it's not installed-please click to download-message comes up successfully downloaded-but when I try to view content I get the original error message-ie not installed-any ideas you techno wizards??

 

Mozilla?

Had that with Mozilla and had to use IE in the end. However when I queried it someone said it worked fine on Mozilla so I assumed it was a config problem specific to my PC.

downloaded the uninstaller-then reinstalled -works fine now -cheers bbs strikes again!
