Looked at them when they first announced it...

but they weren't being built quick enough, I bought my pad in 2006 so its three years since they were selling plots. I remember a studio one bed starting at £87k don't know if prices fell due to the recession.

I looked at them A couple of years back, a studio stated at about £92k and a one bed apartment at £97.5k

the thing that was really off putting was it was an additional £7k for a parking space.

I think most if not all were sold before they were built and before the recent credit debacle. This is why they are being completed whilst other develppments such as the one at the bottom of Redbrook Hill has hit the buffers.

I agree Doddy about the 'skeleton.' I wonder just how safe it is as it's only half completed. Who is the owner?
The problem at Redbrook was that the developers had to sell some of the flats before being able to finance the completion of the building. As they couldn't sell any flats they couldn't complete the building. However I think it has been made weathertight.
