Help!! Can anyone advise me how the flexi ticket option works for season ticket holders. I've just noticed Mr and my lad have a flexi ticket on our account from the covid season. Could someone please explain how I get jold of these tickets? Also am I able to use all 4 tickets on one game?
When you buy tickets just ask to use the flexi tickets as payment. You can use how many you like per game.
If buying online you can just select flexi ticket (as opposed to adult/concession) etc. from the drop down and it knocks the price to zero when you go to pay. As there are only two home games left (they can’t be used for the playoffs) you’ll both have to use all 4 tickets for each game otherwise they will be lost. Edit: forgot to say that they have to be used the day before so you actually need to use all 8 for the Peterborough match (unless you can sweet talk the box office).
Last time I looked on our website you had until the twenty something of May to use them, which would indicate you can use them in the play offs or the valid until date is a bit pointless.
I booked an extra seat on Sunday - and whilst my account shows the flexis, the drop down box no longer gave the option.
I appear to have lost the option to select flexi-tickets as well..any idea if we should be able to use them still?
to use your flexi tickets now you have to phone the box office or go in there's been a problem apparently with the web site allowing people to use more than they're entitled so took them off the web site
