    Impression I got last night is that they aren't encouraged to. Don't think Flicker looks.
    Ben Mansford admitted that he does give into temptation and looks at the board.

    and if i was a Chief Exec of a business, i would find a forum where some of my customers posted opinions of their experiences/opinions/customer satisfaction etc of the business, very handy indeed. Effortless market research of a very relevant market segment.
