Flicker And This Regime Deserve Support

    I've been hacked off at some of the twists and turns we've taken since getting back to the Championship. I've had some flak on here and more than a few "go watch Man U or Barcelona" type comments over the last few seasons. It was never about success, or re-living the Premiership dream for me, but purely about entertainment, and seeing 11 lads give their all after I've had a hard week down t'pit.

    Flicker appears to be motivating this squad of players like no other manager in my long experience of watching The Reds. There is no doubt that they are currently giving their all for Flicker and for the cause. We still have a mighty tall order to avoid the drop, and I have a worry that we are going to 'burn out' before the season's end at this rate. But I'll say here and now that if this level of effort and commitment is maintained, I won't hesitate to watch this team in League One under Flicker.

    Flicker has given us hope, passion and a fighting chance of getting us out of the hopeless mess that Hill left us in. I think we're all starting to believe now.

    Don't worry about burn out,from what I can see of this squad there's plenty of lads desperate to pull on the red shirt and give it everything they've got.
