"I've no complaints about the referee or how he did his job.

"The fans in two years I've been here were the best they've been. Wow, they've had to endure some hard moments in that game. It was heartbreaking at times. They clapped us off at 2-0 and stayed with us throughout the game. Singing at the end, they were absolutely amazing. There'll be something positive around the corner after we've reflected on today."

He is the business. All you that are moaning.....for fux sake get over it and move on. Even if we go down this guy is building something.

My worry is if we do go down, Flicker will leave and we're back to square one.

if we did get relegated i think he should be given the chance to build something.

league 1 is difficult to get out of but donny have managed it just about, and Flicker would build a new team , his team.

If we stay up then we have the nucleus of a half decent side.

that's my worry aswell as losing our best players,

if we do go down and can keep these lads then at least we'll have some good games to look forward, the run we've had under flicker is no fluke and we should do well if the worst happens.

"Today will end and tomorrow will begin - I'm looking forward to tomorrow and galvanising a group of players that are hurting.

"We will have two players missing [through suspension], it's about regrouping a gang of players who do want to play in this league.

"That will have emotionally scarred some players, but it hasn't scarred me. We can move on from this."

I don't think he will. Not fashionable enough and all outsiders will see is relegation....

That interview made me proud of the team and took away all my pessimism. The man is magic and I'll back him to the end!

I want him locked into a contract asap. One thing that really does worry me is that in a few different interviews hes mentioned that he wasn't first choice manager and I do wonder if he harbours resentment about that.. Could mean he'll want out first chance he gets. Really hope I'm wrong about that and he knows how much the fans appreciate all he does for us!
