Flicker, i just don't understand What was his thinking. Last season, a system which worked, suited players, and was effective. We had a go at the better teams and won convincingly. Mellis in the middle was our creative force, Cykwa did his bit and O'Brien ran about a bit. Our best performances came with a 5-3-2 system or a 4-3-3. We lost Golbourne and suddenly according to Flicker we lost a vital player for how we played. Did RNL not come in and do a quality job there last season. Overall just don't get it, I'm gutted but he had to go, his lines ups, tactics and substitutions where clueless but why the change. This wasn't the guy we had last season.
