He didn't miss O'grady's penalty.... he didn't miss Mvoto's open goal header in the first half.... he didn't miss Scotland's header in the second..... he didn't miss Mvoto's outstretched leg near miss....
And probably more I can't think of right now.
That game should have been out of sight in the first half, and none of it was Flicker's fault.
Donny were the worst side I have seen in a long time down there but sadly we had one of those days. Play it again and I bet things would turn out differently.
But I bet we all thought that Donny would nick it.....
What are the match stats regarding possession percentage?

All fair points. But the table does not lie.

Ask Keef what difference possession stats make to keeping your job and to winning games .

Scotland didn't have a chance did he? M'votos leg stretch was a difficult chance as well. - should have buried the header though

Didn't Scotland put his header wide from Paddy's cross fairly late on when he was in front of goal?
Paddy certainly put his head in his hands in despair..... I believe it was Scotland..... but whoever it was it was yet another clear cut chance.

It was COG who missed the header from Paddy's cross. He got a full head to it too, should have got it on target. So should Mvoto and Cywka though. I also thought that after doing all the hard work with the dribble Paddy should have done better with his effort. Pedersen maybe could have been sharper to get toa couple of balls across the box too. It is that lack of real quality to take those chances that has cost us today. They were really poor though so we should have created a lot more good chances, but we didn't, and rarely do.

MORE chances Ponty72. How many do we need to create. Like someone on the way of the ground said, we created enough chances to win 4 matches never mind one.

and to be fair to the team we've created and scored quite a few this season so it's hardly '' we didn't , and rarely do'' is it? No

Never enough bodies in the box - nobody to follow up the shot that turnbull spilled

Our attacking is so slow that the opposition has plenty of time to flood box with bodies and give rare and clear cut chances and then when we do carve one out we have to take a good percentage of them and we're not

No, more GOOD chances hemsworth-tyke. Ones where there is a real chance to score. We did have a few today but we don't often create that many. If your right and we do then you must be saying the players are ****, yer negative bstard.

We had a lot of good chances, it didn't happen. Every player misses.

I just said we did have a few. But we don't normally. If every player needs more than one good chance to score then we are fecked, because that is about all that each of them gets.
