    A great interview and Flicker comes across as a real honest bloke and speaks passionately of about the club. It is obvious that he only wants grafters and people who will give 100%: Got to love him and his work ethic.

    When they come in on a morning they're coming to work. Love it, in my opinion a lot of players treat it like a well paid hobby and it looks like Flitcroft tells em straight at the interview, I wonder who the players were that walked away.

    I need to somehow get all Flicker's audioboo interviews onto my Ipod, then they can take the form of an inspirational/motivational podcast.

    If someone could also create a Sean O'Driscoll podcast to help me get to sleep, then it would be much appreciated.
